In episode 8 we hear from one of my inspirations, Laval St Germain. Laval is the only Canadian to summit Everest without supplemental oxygen, holds the record for the fastest solo row of the Atlantic, is a pilot, loving husband and father.

In episode 9 we hear from a heavy weight titan of human powered adventure, Dimitri Kieffer. Dimitri is currently over 24,000 kilometres into his circumnavigation of the globe via human power. We discuss his world first, Russia, the Middle-East and of course, heroes.
